At G-Force Gaming, we're all about making sure you receive your shiny new gear in record time. We know how eager you are to get your hands on it, so we do our best to ship it out on the very same day we receive your order. We've partnered with the swiftest and most dependable couriers across Australia, ensuring your package is in good hands.

Order Confirmation

Now, we'll be straight with you: there might be a slight chance that we can't process your order on the same day. Life happens, you know? But don't fret! Just give us a reasonable 1-2 business days to work our magic and get your order all set. And hey, if we encounter any unexpected delays, we won't leave you hanging. We'll shoot you an email and keep you in the loop.

As soon as you place your order pre-authorise your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made. If for some reason the product is out of stock, we'll reach out to you and figure out a plan, whether it's arranging a refund or finding an awesome alternative. And hey, if you change your mind and want to cancel your order before we ship it out, no problem! 

Shipment Information

When it comes to shipping, we like to keep things efficient. That's why we ship all our products in their original packaging, straight from our trusty warehouses or directly from our awesome suppliers and manufacturers. Depending on what you've ordered, your package may be shipped in parts or as a whole. We might even enlist different courier companies to handle different parts of your order. Cool, right? Just give it a reasonable 2-10 business days to reach your doorstep. Oh, and make sure to provide your phone number at checkout so we can reach out to you if we stumble upon any hiccups.

Delivery

Now, here's a small tip: try to have someone ready to receive your order upon delivery. If nobody's around, your package might take a detour to your local post office or the nearby shipping depot. To avoid any inconvenience and additional charges, we highly recommend having your deliveries sent to a business address. Oh, and remember, we can only ship to confirmed addresses. Sorry, but PO Boxes are a no-go.

Shipping Cost

We strive to accurately calculate shipping costs based on order size and location, but please note that the displayed cost at checkout is an estimate and subject to potential increases due to factors like order details, destination, and additional charges imposed by shipping carriers or authorities. We may adjust the shipping cost after the order is placed, and we will inform you of any changes and seek your confirmation before proceeding with the revised cost.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to returns@gforcegaming.com.au.
